On-Ice Intervals

Meadow Park Sports Centre  9 - 10 am  Tuesdays, September 21 - November 9th | No pucks, no sticks, just skates! Lace up and get ready for one of the hardest cardiovascular workouts you can find. Specifically designed cardio work/rest intervals around the ice will be sure to increase your speed, endurance, and overall fitness level preparing your whole body for the winter sport season. 45 minutes of on-ice training includes warm-up and cool-down. Basic skating skill required.
