Born and based in Montreal, D.R.one linked with producer DJ Grandtheft, forming the Team Canada DJ Crew in late 2004 and released their all-remix debut “Classic Material Volume 1”. The bi-lingual duo signed four top Canadian DJs - Jr. Flo (Toronto), Illo (Ottawa), Pump (Calgary) and Hedspin (Vancouver), formed their own crew / management agency; The Eh! Team and record label, Tremendous / Last Gang. Team Canada DJ’s opened their own staple indie dance club, The Blue Dog Motel in the heart of Montreal where they host their legendary Sunday nights.
Sports in Whistler
Nightly Victory Ceremonies for all Whistler-based Olympic and Paralympic sports will be presented at Whistler Medals Plaza, with the exception of the men's 50-kilometre cross-country skiing competition on February 28, which will be awarded in BC Place as part of the Closing Ceremony.
