Happy Birthday to the Museum! In the summer of 1986 Florence Petersen began fulfilling a promise made to Myrtle Phillip and Dick Fairhurst that their stories would not be forgotten. Phillip and Fairhurst were concerned that the early days of the valley would be forgotten entirely as skiing became the dominant activity.

Creative Drumming Workshop for Parents and CHildren

Sea to Sky Community Services Office. 1357 Aster St. 6:30 - 7:15 for families with kids 6-10 and 7:30 - 8:30 for families with kids 11 - 17. These unique innovative drumming events are intended to help bring families together, relieve stress and encourage self-expression, communication and cooperation. Experience easy, playful drumming, using a variety of percussion instruments.
