Pemberton Lions Club Show & Shine Saturday Sept. 4 from 12 to 4 pm. Horsepower Shine up and Show. Concession stand, Bouncy Castle for the kids, Prizes, Tophies and fun for all ages. Check in for the cars is at noon at the New Community Amphitheatre on Cottonwood st.

Every Sunday this summer, from 11 AM until 4 PM in the pedestrian streets of the Upper Village (near the Fairmont Chateau Whistler), the Whistler Farmer's Market features local produce from the Pemberton Valley and beyond, tasty artisan foods, live cooking demos by Whistler's chefs, musicians, the wares of local artists and more.

The Pemberton Woman's Institute presents the seventh annual Pemberton Country Fair on Saturday, Sept. 11 from 10 am to 4 pm at the Pemberton Museum.
